Streamlined installation of each speaker is facilitated through a three-point, spring-loaded swiveling dog mounting system optimized to minimize interference with obstructions within the ceiling space.<br><br>The Aspire IC5-W-T model provides a pair of 2-way in-ceiling speakers featuring 5-1/4 inch (134 mm) woven poly-glass composite woofers for rich, impactful low end, and 1 (25 mm) inch advanced synthetic polymer dome tweeters for crisp, soaring highs. Offset post-mounting of the tweeters reduces midrange frequency response anomalies normally caused by interference between the woofer and the back of the tweeter. Precisely tuned 4th order crossovers ensure a full, warm and detailed response across the spectrum.
